SodiYUMMY!™ was born from my own low-sodium journey, shaped by curiosity, self-advocacy, and the hope that what helped me could help someone else.
I created SodiYUMMY!™ because eating less sodium in the real world can feel confusing, frustrating, and surprisingly lonely. What started as a tool for myself grew into something friendlier, clearer, and more flavorful for anyone trying to make better choices without giving up the joy of food.
